Pinelands Grove Retirement Village - One of the best choices!
When it comes to the inevitable retirement stage, there are a variety of factors to consider. Security, tranquillity, comfortable accommodation, locality and the availability of facilities, together with the available services (food, medical care and recreational options) all add to the independent retirement lifestyle at Pinelands Grove. The conclusion is that this village offers one of the best choices in the Cape Peninsula.

Although we have limited two bedroom units still available, a wide selection of one bedrooms are available to choose from – ranging between R895 000 for 36m² and R1 195000 for a nice 47m² unit with a balcony included. Our one bedrooms are definitely adequate for, and very popular with, couples.
In the luxury category we still have 3 dual living options at 94m² offering two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a size-able balcony. These units come with an undercover parking.
Monthly levies payable depends on the type of accommodation and include all your maintenance, security and other charges as well as 16 meals per unit per month. The meals served at both the Pinelands Grove Coffee Shop and in the dining room are of an outstanding quality and additional meals can also be ordered on an individual meal or all meals included basis.
For the gardeners a lovely roof garden of roses and lemon trees are envisaged.
The fully operational frail care centre offers single rooms with private en-suite bathroom under full time surveillance and offers qualified carers. Residents are also invited to utilise their designated lounge & dining room with big screen TV or to join the other residents in the main wing.
